Condominium association and homeowners association practice focuses on the needs those organizations formed under Florida Chapter 718 and 720. Associations and their directors and officers have special needs and rights. Among other things, we provide association assessment liens, foreclosures, review of condominium association and homeowner association declaration and bylaws. Real Property practice has three primary focus areas. First, our attorney conducts real estate transactions (i.e. closings) through Attorneys Title Fund. In providing closing related activities, real estate purchasers and sellers have many choices, including title companies. However, for as little as $250.00 more, you can have the piece of mind that an attorney has reviewed the documents related to your biggest purchase and resolved any issues prior to closing. Second, eminent domain is the process by which a governmental entity takes private property. The process is often complex and one of only a few types of cases that goes before a 12 person jury. Third and finally, we focus on real property litigation including foreclosure, partitions, landlord tenant, easement, access, and title defect litigation.
